Customers are encouraged to contact support via chat first, available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00. If they still wish to make a complaint, they can submit the complaint form with the incident details and reason; Ferratum will usually respond within 15 days, or inform the customer if more time is needed. If the response is not satisfactory, the customer may submit a written complaint to the Office of the Arbiter for Financial Services in Malta.
